Partner program terms
The program terms for Shopify agencies. The public summary is on seobison.com/partners.
Commission
- 20% of the client’s base plan price every month for the first 12 months of each paying client store, counted from that store’s first paid charge.
- 25% once you have 5 or more active paying client stores.
- Commission is on the subscription base price only. Usage charges (extra posts, ideas and improvements) do not earn commission. Shopify development stores and test charges do not earn commission. The Free plan earns nothing.
Payment
- Paid monthly by PayPal or Wise, after a 60-day hold.
- Commission on a store that cancels or is refunded within the hold is voided.
- The minimum payout is $25. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
Linking clients
- Your client installs SEO Bison from the Shopify App Store.
- The partner code must be entered in SEO Bison under Settings within the store’s first 14 days after install.
Rules
- No paid ads bidding on “SEO Bison” brand terms.
- Never offer anything in exchange for App Store reviews. Shopify does not allow it.
